Executive Director
Ernest Mohochi is a Professor of Kiswahili, and Director, Centre for Languages and Cultural Studies (CLACS) at Kibabii University, Kenya. He holds a PhD (Kiswahili Studies), MA (Kiswahili Studies) and BA (Kiswahili and Sociology) from Egerton University, Kenya.
Reseacher & Language Scholar
Dr. Odawo is a Kiswahili lecturer at Rongo University. He obtained his B/ED (Arts) from Maseno University, a Master of Arts in Kiswahili from Kenyatta University and a PhD in Kiswahili from Rongo University. He has a university teaching experience spanning to more than 10 years. He has also taught at Egerton University and Tom Mboya University.

Reseacher & Communications SCholar
He is a communication and media scholar, researcher, and Kiswahili language specialist with extensive experience in university teaching, media research, translation, and citizen engagement. He holds a PhD in Mass Communication and an MA in International Communication with research interests spanning media literacy, civic participation, political communication, and international media.
Administrative Assistant
Holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Kiswahili from Rongo University (2018). She has 7 years’ work experience, having worked as a translator with Amara Charitable Trust (2019- ) and later as a freelance translator to date.
Reseacher & Language Scholar
Dr. Sangili is a scholar of Kiswahili linguistics, educator, author, and academic leader. He holds a PhD in Kiswahili Linguistics, a Master of Arts in Kiswahili, and a Bachelor of Arts in Kiswahili. Dr. Sangili has extensive experience teaching Kiswahili as a foreign language and is currently a Senior Lecturer of Kiswahili at Kaimosi Friends University (KAFU), where he also serves as the Dean of the School of Education and Social Sciences.
